The Havenview is a cozy but spacious home for a family of five. It’s got a little bit of buttoned-up beauty with a whole lot of let-your-hair-down party space. The main level features a large open floor plan from living room to kitchen with plenty of room for the kids to play and work on projects. There’s a beautiful formal dining room comes complete with a fancy drink service table. A music room is just off the foyer and houses its own Grand Piano and has room for seating so perform away little musicians! The main level finishes off with a spacious laundry room, small private office, and seasonal porch.
If the starched upstairs is too formal for you, head down to the basement where the party’s happening! Slide up to the bar for a cold one or, if you are feeling ambitious, practice making drinks for your friends! Flop down on the couch for a game of Go Sims Racing or just watch a movie with your buds. Need some activity? Play some darts or try your hand at foosball. If that’s too much action for you, plop your behind into a chair and play some cards. For those who need a great workout, there’s an exercise room down here, too. And when you get all sweaty, hop in the shower that you’ll find located in the full bathroom.
Tired or just need a break from all the fun? Head upstairs to the 2nd floor where there is plenty of room for family and friends but also lots of space for quiet time. There’s a large playroom for the kids and you’ll find all you need to keep the little ones entertained. Puppet shows, Voidcritters, TV, chess, and more all in one place! A second office is at the end of the hall and it hosts your webcasts and your drone charging station. You also have an easel, computer, and when it all gets to be too much, a meditation area. There are three nice-sized bedrooms for the kiddos, each one appointed for a different age. You’ll find a teen room, child room, and toddler room all decked out and ready to go. Down the hall is a lovely retreat for the parents. A master suite with private fireplace and seating area is a beautiful way to wind down at the end of the day. Try a soak in your whirlpool tub in your private master bathroom.
Finishing things up! A garage has lots of additional space that could be finished into additional bedrooms or playrooms. It currently features a workbench for all your home improvement needs. The space is large and can double as a dance floor when you turn up the tunes on the jukebox! The sunroom is a gorgeous place to sit on sunny days or stay warm and watch the snow fall. Head out back to the patio and enjoy some burgers with the family. Head down into the yard and enjoy the swingset or take a short walk to the lake.
